Added New Approach


While the original trigger collider approach of maintaining 84x48 resolution without sub-pixel movement remains. Another approach (demonstrated in a different scene) is also available. It constrains sprites by adjusting transform positions at each LateUpdate by adding the Resolution Position Control script to any sprite. As long as each sprite keeps the #43523D color and 1x1 pixel size (or composite of 1x1 pixels) it will keep to the constrains of a Nokia phone.

vsync settings were also changed -- it appears that 15fps wasn't maintained when building a project in WebGL without that constraint.
